Remarks

Set this when the status code alone does not say what went wrong. An optimistic-concurrency conflict and a duplicate key are both 409, but a client recovers from them differently - re-read and merge for the first, change the data for the second - so it has to be able to tell them apart without matching on the message text. See ConcurrencyErrorsException.
